H010 does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from consumers during the scanning process. What it does capture is anonymised scan data: device type, approximate location, timestamp, and which product was scanned. This data appears in your analytics dashboard. If you want to collect customer details (like an email address), you can redirect customers after authentication to your own landing page or signup form where you handle data collection under your own privacy policy.
