Can I cancel my plan without penalty?

Yes. Starter and Premium customers can cancel at any time with no penalty. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Enterprise customers have a 6-month minimum commitment, after which they can cancel with standard notice. If you cancel, your labels in circulation will stop authenticating once the account is closed.
